Deep tissue massage refers to working, not only your weary muscles, but also the fascial tissue that surrounds your muscle fibers, bones, and everything else under your skin. Stretching out this tissue allows all other tissues to relax and move with fluidity.

Sports Massage

Moab is the adventure capital for biking, hiking, rafting and all terrain sports. Before hitting the trail or after a big day in the desert, sports massage can enhance your athletic experience. It's a great way to warm up or sports massage helps promote muscle recovery afterwards, helping you get back on the trail.

Swedish Massage

Very relaxing and stress reducing, the gentle touch of Swedish massage is perfect for people who are seeking an hour or two of calming R&R... a perfect addition to your Moab vacation.

Reflexology

Our feet, so often overlooked, mirror our entire body, all systems included. Reflexology stimulates the entire body by working reflexes in our feet, which means you get an incredible foot rub at the same time. This is perfect for people who want all of the benefits of massage but find it easier to relax when only their feet are being touched.

Chair Massage

This type of massage is known for its convenience and versatility and is perfect for groups. Clients remain clothed and generally receive a 15 to 20 minute massage that focuses on the back, neck, and arms. You’ll be amazed at how good you will feel after a stint in the chair! This modality is perfect for Moab’s public events. Call us for more if you would like to offer chair massage at your Moab event.
